This digital sewing pattern is perfect for all skill levels - whether you’re just starting out or have been sewing for years. With two size options, multiple strap lengths, and plenty of customisable features, you can create a bag that feels completely your own. This pattern includes four unique variations, giving you endless ways to get creative.
Finished garment measurements:
Small bag:
Height: 25.5 cm / 10 inches
Width: 24.5 cm / 9.5 inches
Depth: 6.5 cm / 2.5 inches
Large bag:
Height: 26.5 cm / 10.5 inches
Width: 32.5 cm / 12.8 inches
Depth: 6.5 cm / 2.5 inches

Fabric requirements
Based on a fabric width of 112 cm / 44 Inches:
Small bag:
105 cm / 41 inches in exterior fabric
105 cm / 41 inches in lining fabric
55 cm / 21.5 inches of 4-ounce polyester wadding
110 cm / 43 inches if lining & exterior fabric are the same
Large bag:
105 cm / 41 inches in exterior fabric
105 cm / 41 inches in lining fabric
55 cm / 21.5 inches of 4-ounce polyester wadding
135 cm / 53 inches if lining & exterior fabric are the same
Fabric recommendations:
This pattern is very versatile, so it will work well with many fabrics. I recommend light to mid-weight fabrics such as cotton, linen, a lightweight canvas and other non-stretch fabrics. If you are making your own cord, you should choose a lightweight fabric so you can turn the cord right sides out with ease. Alternatively, you can make a bias tape cord if you are a little more experienced in sewing.
